  • Low-profile base plate with two 1/4 inch and one 3/8 inch threaded hole

This low-profile base plate is a simple and lightweight base plate for current popular cameras, such as Sony FS7, Sony A7 series, Canon C100/C300/C500 etc. It is attached to the camera with a 3/8"-16 or 1/4"-20 screw. The base plate has rod holes with a diameter of 15 mm and a distance of 60 mm to which you can attach a follow focus, a matte box, a lens mount or other accessories. It is specifically designed to keep the weight down and allow the operator to use the FS7's built-in shoulder pad, minimizing the amount of extra weight and equipment needed for a rig. With 1/4''-20 and 3/8''-16 threads on the bottom, this base plate can be attached to any tripod.
