Have you found the product you want for a lower price at another retailer? No problem! Contactour sales team, and we’ll deliver the item to you at that lower price. Prices for photography equipment change by the minute. That’s why we make this promise even after your purchase: If, within 14 days, you find an item you bought from us available for a lower price in our region—with the same features and terms—we’ll refund you the difference.
Please note that the following additional criteria apply:
- The competitor must have its headquarters in Germany. (You can check this in the legal notice.)
- The product must be available for immediate delivery.
- The product must not be B-grade merchandise, display models, or similar used goods, nor must it be subject to differential taxation (no VAT statement pursuant to § 25a UStG).
- The product must be approved and certified for the European or German market.
- Expired promotions at other retailers cannot be considered.
- The offer is generally accessible and not limited to a closed membership group or specific groups of people.
- Excluded from the Best Price Guarantee are auction platforms and marketplaces such as eBay, classifieds, or similar.
- The best price always applies after all promotions, including promotional coupons. No further discounts are possible.
